This rental policy agreement (the "Agreement") is between [PolixTV] (the "Provider") and the customer (the "Client").

1. The Provider agrees to provide the Client with a set top box (the "Decoder") for the duration of the subscription period.

2. The Client agrees to return the Decoder to the Provider at the end of the service period or subscription, unless it is renewed for another term.

3. If the Client fails to return the Decoder within the agreed return window of 7 days, the Provider reserves the right to charge the sale amount of the Decoder, which is $100.

4. The Client is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the Decoder to the Provider, and should provide a tracking number for the package.

5. The Decoder should be returned in working and clean condition, with normal signs of use.

6. The Client shall be liable for any damages caused to the Decoder during the rental period, and the Provider reserves the right to charge the Client for any necessary repairs or replacement costs.

7. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Client breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

8. The Client agrees to this policy as well as credit-card-authorization-form by placing an order for the set top box, and acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

9. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them.

10. All payments for rental decoders must be made using a credit or debit card. No other payment methods will be accepted. If payment was initially made using another service such as PayPal, cash, or Zelle, the customer is required to provide us with a valid and working credit or debit card with an expiration date beyond the rental period. If the customer provides the card separately, an authorization charge in the amount of  $0.01 will be conducted to verify the validity of the card.

By placing an order for the set top box, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this rental policy agreement.
