RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full or partial refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS 

Items:

  1. Return Time: You have 6 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items.

  2. Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us.

  3. Tracking Number: Please ensure to provide a valid tracking number when returning the item.

  4. Return Condition: The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  5. Time Limit: The item must be shipped back within the 6-day return period.

Services:

  1. Return Time: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for services.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Services can only be refunded if the return is requested within the 3-day time frame.

  3. Non-refundable after 3 days: If 3 days have passed since the purchase, the service becomes non-refundable.



RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@polix.tv to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the provided address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. The shipping expenses are not refundable.
Please allow at least six (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
